Board Member Frank Spain Presents at Keene Rotary Club

CONCORD - 2007 - Board member Frank Spain and Keene Rotary club president John Harper at a Rotary Club meeting in Keene recently. Frank Spain, along with New Hampshire Association for the Blind President & CEO George Theriault provided a presentation to the Keene Rotary Club.
